General Terms and Conditions of EOne International UG
§1 Applicability to Entrepreneurs and Definitions
(1) The following General Terms and Conditions apply to all deliveries between us and a consumer in their version valid at the time of the order.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither attributable to their commercial nor their independent professional activity (§ 13 BGB).
§2 Conclusion of a Contract, Storage of the Contract Text
(1) The following regulations for the conclusion of a contract apply to orders placed through our online shop https://eoneinternationalug.de.

(3) The presentation of goods in our online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer on our part, but is merely an invitation to the consumer to order goods. By ordering the desired goods, the consumer makes a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.
(4) Upon receipt of an order in our online shop, the following rules apply: The consumer makes a binding contractual offer by successfully completing the ordering process in our online shop.
The order is made in the following steps:
- Selection of the desired goods
- Confirmation by clicking the “Order” button
- Review of the details in the shopping cart
- Clicking the “Proceed to Checkout” button
- Logging into the online shop after registration and entering login details (email address and password)
- Reviewing or correcting the entered data
- Binding submission of the order by clicking the “Order with Payment” or “Buy” button
Before submitting the order, the consumer can use the “Back” button in their internet browser to return to the page where the customer’s details are collected and correct any input errors, or cancel the order by closing the browser. We confirm the receipt of the order immediately through an automatically generated email (“Order Confirmation”). With this, we accept your offer.
(5) Storage of the contract text for orders through our online shop: We store the contract text and send the order data and our T&Cs to you via email. You can view the T&Cs anytime at https://eoneinternationalug.de. You can view your past orders in our customer area under „My Account“ –> „My Orders.“
§3 Prices, Shipping Costs, Payment, Due Date
(1) The listed prices include statutory VAT and other price components. Additional shipping costs may apply.
(2) The consumer has the option to pay in advance, by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express).
(3) If the consumer chooses payment in advance, they are obliged to pay the purchase price immediately after the conclusion of the contract.
§4 Delivery
(1) Unless otherwise clearly stated in the product description, all items offered by us are ready for dispatch. Delivery will be made within 5 business days at the latest. The delivery period for payment in advance starts the day after the payment order is issued to the bank handling the transfer, and for all other payment methods, it starts the day after the contract is concluded. If the last day of the delivery period falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or a public holiday at the delivery location, the period expires on the next business day.
(2) The risk of accidental destruction and deterioration of the purchased item is transferred to the buyer only upon delivery of the item.
§5 Retention of Title
We reserve the title to the goods until full payment of the purchase price has been made.
§6 Right of Withdrawal for Customers as Consumers

Consumers have a right of withdrawal under the following conditions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly not attributable to their commercial or independent professional activity:
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email) about your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event within fourteen days from the day on which we were informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. For this refund, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees for this refund.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You must return the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.
We will bear the costs of returning the goods.
