Shipping Costs and Delivery

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive an email with a personal tracking number. You can use this number on the website of our logistics partners (DHL, GLS, Hermes) to track the status of your delivery. If you no longer find the email with your tracking number or accidentally deleted it, please contact our customer service. Have your order number ready, and we will be happy to assist you.

Shipping Costs

All purchases made on the official website of EOne International UG can only be delivered within Germany. We offer free shipping for all orders.

Delivery Time

We typically need 1 day to process your order, and the estimated delivery time is within 5 days after the order. We will do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible. If there are any delays, we will notify you via email immediately.


Returns & Exchanges

Cooling-Off Period/Return

You may want to return an order, perhaps because you don’t like the product or for another reason. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 30 days after receiving it without providing any reason.

After cancellation, you have 14 more days to return the product. You will be refunded the full order amount, including shipping costs. We cover the return shipping costs. To exercise this right, please contact us at info@eoneinternationalug.de. We will refund the amount within 7 days, provided the product has been returned in its original condition.

If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than required to test the product, we may pass on this depreciation of the product to you. Therefore, please handle the product carefully and ensure it is well packaged for return.

Exchange

Do you want to exchange your product? No problem. Please contact us at info@eoneinternationalug.de. You will bear the costs for returning the product.

Incorrect Delivery Address

Did you enter the wrong delivery address by mistake? Please contact us as soon as possible, and we will try to amend the order for you.

Return Rules

For returns, please contact us via email at info@eoneinternationalug.de, and we will provide you with a return label.

The purchased product must be in its original condition and complete. We will check this before we process the refund. If the product is not returned in the required condition, we will charge a fee.

Upon receiving the return, we will perform a strict inspection. If it meets the requirements, we will process the full refund within a few business days.

Warranty Period

EOne International’s warranty terms and customer service apply only to new products purchased through the official EOne International Germany website. For purchases made from authorized dealers or distributors, please contact them directly for customer service.

New Products: We provide a limited 2-year warranty for new products and accessories purchased from EOne International.

Replacement Device: The warranty starts from the original purchase date and is extended by the number of days the product was not in the buyer’s possession for warranty repairs.
